The promotion channel is the correct place to share a Minecraft server, website or relevant creative project. Include its name, a useful description and a direct link so people can understand what you are sharing.
Current community rules allow one promotion post per person per hour. Do not repeat advertisements elsewhere, send unsolicited promotional direct messages, use mass mentions or make misleading claims. Read the live rules before posting because channel guidance can change.
A promotion post does not guarantee views, votes or new players. Make the post useful by stating the supported edition, game modes, version, join details and what makes the community different.
You can publish a server on YourMCBrowser before proving ownership. It will show Added by until you separately verify technical access with the DNS TXT or temporary MOTD method offered in your dashboard.
After website verification, you can privately connect the correct Discord account with the code from YourMCBrowser. Crafty can then assign the VerifiedOwner role and open the owners chat. That role identifies a connected server owner; it does not grant moderation or management permissions.
Never share a password, private key, authentication code or private account credential in Discord. See the server owner guide for the complete listing and verification steps.

The ownership check happens on YourMCBrowser through DNS TXT or a temporary MOTD. Discord linking happens afterward and can grant the VerifiedOwner role to the connected account.
